  • Working between R&D and tool maker, develop new tooling from prototype stage until mass production stage
  • Initiate the Change Control submission and review, conduct Risk Assessment, draft and get Validation Plan, Validation Protocol and Report reviewed and approved based on the project master timeline
  • Lead and/or support in the line validation process, IQ/OQ/PQ activities
  • Document all trial and qualification activities into summary reports for supporting evidence to Validation and knowledge building within the company
